HOW LONG IS THE LEASE TERM?
Our standard term is a Month-to-Month Lease and, for your convenience, automatically renews.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU HAVE AND HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
There are numerous sizes ranging from as small as a 5'X4'x8' closet up to huge garage style commercial sizes. Each facility has a different blend of sizes and some even have 4'x4'x5' lockers that are great for storing boxed seasonal items. Most facilities have oversized doors. Ceilings will range from 8' to over 13'.

HOW DO I CALCULATE HOW MUCH STORAGE SPACE TO RENT?
Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. For added convenience, you may wish to sign-up for our "Automatic Monthly Billing" by using a credit/debit card.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO VACATE?
When you intend to vacate, just give us at least 7 days notice in advance of the monthly renewal date in order to avoid automatic renewal.

WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY UNIT?
Access is available 24/7 through our gated entry system.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
The Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday 9am-1pm; and Sunday Closed.

WHAT IS A SAFE TEMPERATURE FOR STORING LEATHER OR WOODEN FURNITURE?
Most things will be fine in temperatures ranging from 45°F to 85°F. Contact the manufacturer or the furniture store where purchased to get their advice.

IS IT OKAY TO WRAP FURNITURE OR CLOTHES IN PLASTIC?
We recommend using drop clothes, blankets, sheets or other fabric covers. Using plastic may cause moisture to accumulate which could result in mold or mildew damage.

CAN I PUT SHELVING IN MY STORAGE UNIT?
Freestanding shelf units or anything not required to be attached to our walls or surroundings are allowed.

ARE MY STORED GOODS INSURED BY YOU?
Sorry. It is the tenant's responsibility to obtain their own insurance. At most locations, we provide information specifically for obtaining Storage Insurance. You also have the option of contacting your Homeowner's Agent to see if they will cover your stored goods.

DO YOU HAVE OUTSIDE PARKING SPACES?
We do have outside parking.

IS ELECTRICITY OR WATER FURNISHED IN ANY UNITS?
We provide ample light in hallways and other common areas. As a standard, we do not provide any utilities to storage units. Some units do have 110V power, and are available on request.

IN WHAT ASSOCIATIONS DO YOU PARTICIPATE?
Our facility is a member of the Self Storage Association and proudly adheres to the Code of Ethics as part of that membership. We are also a proud member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
